Herb Butter Chicken





4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves


1/2 cup butter, softened


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 teaspoon dried parsley


1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary


1/4 teaspoon dried thyme





DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to Broil/Grill and line broiler pan with aluminum foil.


Place chicken on pan. In a small bowl combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and mix together, then evenly spread a dollop of mixture on each chicken breast.


Broil in preheated oven, turning and frequently coating with remaining herb/butter mixture, for about 15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.Do you have any good easy chicken recipes?
chicken cordon bleu





6 (10-ounce) chicken breasts, pounded out to 1/2-inch in thickness


12 ounces thin-sliced ham


6 ounces Gruyere cheese


Breading:


3 cups all-purpose flour


2 cups wheat flour


1 cup rice flour


2 cups ground bread crumbs (biscuit crumbs preferred)


1 tablespoon garlic powder


1 tablespoon salt


1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper


1 tablespoon paprika


1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning


1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper





Egg Wash:


12 eggs, well beaten


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.





Take a piece of chicken and place 2 ounces ham and 1-ounce Gruyere cheese in the middle. Roll up the chicken breast tightly and place toothpicks in the ends and middle. Place the chicken breasts in an oiled baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 18 minutes.





For the breading:


Combine all ingredients, mix well, and place on a large platter.





Place the baked chicken cordon bleu in the egg wash and then coat evenly with the breading mixture. Repeat process again.





Deep-fry the breaded chicken at 325 degrees F for 3 minutes.Do you have any good easy chicken recipes?

boneless, skinless chicken breast. put in a baking dish. Add Italian dressing (not zesty) about one cup for 4 breast halves and then cover and bake at 350 F degrees for 45-60 minutes. (When you poke a fork into the chicken it should slide through easily.) Then serve with rice, pasta or potatoes. Use the dressing for dipping or as a sauce for your side.
Yes I cook boneless skinless chicken breast in a skillet over low/med heat with salt and pepper until cooked then put in a baking dish then i put cooked stove top stuffing over top of the chicken and a jar of chicken gravy and cook in the oven for 30-40 mins on 400 covered in foil.
take a whole chicken or just pieces rub it in mayo and pop it in the oven for about a half hour. then rub it with garlic and put it back in the oven for a couple minutes. then serve. trust me its SO good. I got this recipe from my grandmother in russia. Its easy and tastes amazing.

put it in a crockpot for 6-8 hours on low very good!
