Ingredients
* 1/8 cup butter
* 1/8 cup flour
* 1/4 cup chicken broth
* 1/4 cup half-and-half or light cream
* 1/4 cup sour cream
* 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
* 1/8 cup dry white wine, apple juice or white grape juice
* 1/3-2/3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/3 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
* salt and pepper, to taste
* 1 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed
* 2 2/3 ounces cooked spaghetti
* 2/3 teaspoon paprika
* extra parmesan cheese(If you like)
* chopped fresh parsley(If you like)
Directions
1.Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour stirring constantly.
2.When mixture thickens, add chicken broth, half and half, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, wine, garlic, lemon juice, dry mustard and salt and pepper.
3.Stir over medium heat until mixture again starts to thicken.
4.Add chicken and spaghetti noodles and stir well.
5.Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with paprika and extra Parmesan cheese.
6.Bake for 30 minutes at 350掳.
7.Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

I cook sliced chicken breast with garlic and chopped onion, then add chopped bacon. Season with salt, pepper and dried oregano while cooking until the chicken is lightly browned. Then add a splash of white wine and cook until that has mostly evaporated. Throw in sliced mushrooms and cook those for a little while, then add a tin of light evaporated milk (you can use cream, but evaporated milk has less fat). Mix up a teaspoon of cornflour with cold water and add to the mix, stirring thoroughly to make sure there are no lumps until it thickens.
This is a nice easy recipe and I make it every couple of weeks. You just stir it through cooked pasta when done.
Well my mam makes a really yummy one, where she fries up garlic, onions and mushrooms and chicken, then salt and pepper and then a load of cream and simmers it til the sauce thickens...
