Boil chicken %26amp; seasoning in big pan of water. Remove chicken when its fully cooked. Pinch off pieces of canned biscuits into the boiling broth but dont stir it. Cook them 10 minutes. Remove them to a platter.(salt %26amp; pepper) Take chicken off the bone %26amp; put back in broth. Add a can or 2 of cream of chicken soup and some flour to thicken it and......yummmmmmmmmmm. I fixed it tonite.

********LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN THIGHS
8 chicken thighs
1 lemon (juice only)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
White pepper to taste
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp. butter
Wash chicken and pat it dry. Place in bowl. Toss the thighs with a mixture of the lemon juice, crushed garlic and thyme. Make sure all sides are coated. Refrigerate chicken for 2 hours or more, turn pieces at least once. Place thighs on a rack in the baking pan, skin side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Melt butter in a skillet. Add tomatoes. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to heat. Put chicken on a serving platter. Spoon on sauteed tomatoes. Serve immediately with Spaghetti Alfredo.
Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo
1 small sweet onion, sliced
8 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 (3 pound) whole chicken, or chicken pieces
Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix the onion, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar, and pour over the chicken. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
This is a very salty/tangy dish .. great if you like that sort of thing. Best served with fried brown rice.
I think you should cook them on the stove top, marinade in butter salt %26amp; pepper- put them in a pan and cover. Make some chicken flavored rice a roni, crescent rolls, green beans.... that's how I like my chicken.
Chicken thighs are the best part of the bird. Use in pace of breasts. Jucier and more flavorful. My favorites are boneless tempura, Breaded and baked..... and Jerked... the best.
I really can't stand chicken thighs,but if I'm forced to eat them,I want them barbecued.I love wings and breasts,anyway they are cooked!
