You're living dangerously and you were lucky no one had a more serious illness. Chicken, thanks to over producing and over hromonising and over immunizing became a hotbed of salmonella. you should cook it through and through.

Beef however, that's safe with fresh meat.
Um, chicken tarter doesn't sound like a good idea, especially if you're really using raw chicken. Raw chicken is highly susceptible to salmonella, even if kept chilled. Instead, try using either steak or tuna(sushi grade).
Yes, you need to add the raw eggs, as some of these good people have mentioned. Also, don't forget to leave it setting out several hours so it can become proper room temperature.
If it is consumed within minutes of being ';prepared'; you will have more interesting parties... isn't that the actual definition of ';Geek';?
LOL!!

Better have a good supply of diarrhea tablets and a couple of bathrooms handy!

You probably made the common mistake of washing it first. It should be unwashed, straight from the package.
You must serve it with a raw egg to make the recipe really pop, or not.
forget the chicken, next time just serve the moldy hot dogs.
I don't think you should be serving guests raw chicken.
Wouldn't make it or eat it. Nobody I know would either. But I suspect your pulling our drumstick, aren't you? :-)
it wasnt cooked good so cook it better.
LMAO!
