BBQ Chicken Wings:

Now you can enjoy the flavors of an outdoor barbecue all year round. Serve with coleslaw, biscuits, or bread, or try the wings alone as a tasty appetizer.

16 chicken wings

1/2 cup kethup

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Dash hot-pepper sauce, optional

1. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add ketchup, low-sodium soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of hot-pepper sauce, if desired; mix well, turning chicken wings several times to be sure they're completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

2. Preheat the broiler and broil the chicken wings for about 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking to brown both sides.

Yield: 4 Servings (serving size: 4 wings)
I marinade chicken wings over night with a mixture of orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder. It makes sort of like a paste in texture so the wings come out sticky and moist. So good!
My favorite way to make them..is to use the full size drumsticks and fry them in oil. Then in a separate pot take a couple of bottles of Louisiana Hot sauce and a stick of butter and melt them together. After the chicken is done frying put the chicken in the hot sauce. The longer you keep them in the sauce the hotter they will be.
Get some fresh Papaya and ';liquefy'; it. Mix in some Habenero peppers (not too many though) and marinate the wings in it and baste them while in the pan or on the grill.

You might want to make a batch ot Tereyki (sp)as well to help cool you off when you eat the Habenero/Papaya.

THEY ARE AWESOME
Quick and Easy Chicken Wings *hot or sweet*

4-6 lbs Chicken Wings

2 reg bottles/1 large bottle Honey Smoke BBQ Sauce (any)

2 T Worcestershire Sauce

2 t Dry Mustard

1 T ketsup

**for hot wings**

2 T Tabasco Sauce

3 finely chopped Habenero Peppers.... *for an extra kick for the truly daring grind up some of the seeds and mix them up in the mixture*

2 T Brown Sugar to balance flavor

**for sweeter wings with less kick*

dash Tabasco Sauce

1 T Brown Sugar

2 T Honey

1/2 cup pineapple juice

First boil a large pot of water on your stove. Add all chicken wings to the pot and allow to sit at a rolling boil for about 10-15 min or until most of the way cooked. *this will keep the chicken tender and cut your baking time. it will also allow you to keep unused contents in the freezer for an easy quick treat*

Remove chicken and drain well to get out any excess water... chicken will be hot which will allow all of the ingredients to mix together well and will halp pull the heat out of the peppers in the hot mixture....

Mix all ingredients other than chicken together in a large bowl and incorporate let sit while chicken is cooking.

Once chicken is drained put chicken in the mixture and incorporate well, let sit for at least an hour so that they really soak up the flavor...

Preheat oven to 350

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until they start to sizzle a bit... make sure they are well coated in the pan so that your guests can drizzle it over the freshly cooked wings...

Enjoy...

Blessed Be
garlic and butter chicken wings...add in minced garlic (about 6-9 big cloves) into a pan of melted butter (enough to pour over the chicken id say maybe 2 sticks of butter or more). let the garlic saute in the butter to combine flavors for about 2 mins. add in garlic powder, alittle pepper and salt, and parmeasan cheese. now put it on high heat and add the chicken, cook until lightly brown on each side...but try not to cook all the way. then put it in the oven and drizzle some grated parmeasan cheese on top and bake it until fully cooked.

or you could make the chicken wings with some garlic, seasonings of your choice, grated parmeasan cheese, and italian dressing. then you bake it.
