My Recipe

:Boneless skinless chicken breasts: onion slice into strips: 1/4 yellow bellpepper and 1/4 green orange or red bellpepper slice into strips: salt and pepper the chicken breasts: season with tony's or any kind of cajun seasoning ( whatever you like best): Then use a jar of whatever kind of spaghetti sauce you like pour enough of the spaghetti sauce over and under the chicken to cover the top: you can use mushrooms, paprika, red pepper flakes, any little thing you want you can add: lightly sprinkle the top of the sauce with the seasoning you are using: preheat oven to 350 degrees and let chicken cook for about an hour or until no longer pink: at the last 10-15 minutes use pepperjack cheese slices and place on top of sauce put back in oven until cheese is bubbling: if you don't like pepperjack cheese then you can use mozzarela, swiss, anything but cheddar. After you cook this dish you can come up with your own ideas to perfect this anyway you would like it to taste. All it is is a layer of flavors. Use your imagination and get creative. It's almost impossible to mess up!!!! Also type in foodnetwork.com in the web search and then after it pulls up foodnetwork type in chicken and you'll have hundreds of different recipes for chicken. What is BEST chicken recipes American in general like most.?
Like most of us fat Americans, I love good old fashion fried chicken. Secondly, baked chicken wings are great.
I'm not a big fan of chicken, but when I make it myself I always make baked chicken. It's not as fattening as fried chicken, and I think it's yummy. Boiled chicken is yucky, don't do it!
fried chicken wash chiken w/water dip into egg and milk wash(2 eggs 1/2 cuo milk) THEN ROLL IN FLOUR cover it well heat grease to a rolling boil add chiken to pan brown on all sides tirn down heat and cook till done place fried chicken on plate salt and pepper while still hot enjoy
