What are good recipes for chicken?

i need something yummy and delicous that will cook in one day. also something simple not so exotic or not many unique ingridents neededWhat are good recipes for chicken?
try this one...





Vegetables in Chili Lemon Chicken Broth/ Chicken/Fish Fillet








4 cups chopped celery, 1 inch pieces


2 cups chopped chopped yellow red green peppers


1 cup chopped onions


2 tablespoons olive oil


3 chicken bouillon cubes or chicken base


3 cups water


1 tablespoon chili powder


1 tablespoon lemon peel


1 teaspoon lemon juice


4 boneless chicken fillets or boneless fish fillets





Preheat oven 375 degrees.


Chop the vegetables.


Pour olive oil in large 4 quart glass casserole dish with lid.


Put the vegetables in dish.


In small saucepan heat the water and chicken boullion cubes or chicken base to make chicken broth. Bring to a boil.


Pour broth over the vegetables.


Add chili powder and lemon peel and stir.


Cover, bake 20 minutes.


Check and stir once during the cooking time.


Add fish or chicken fillets on top.


Bake 20 minutes turning the fillets once.


Place thick fish fillets on top,not thin or they may break apart. Vegetable broth may be used to serve over rice or potatoes. Serve in the baking dish.What are good recipes for chicken?
How about Chicken Cordon Bleu? Flatten the chicken breast out. Sprinkle inside with salt and pepper then layer some swiss cheese and ham inside (maybe some spinach leaves too if you have them). Fold over, secure with toothpick and then bake in the oven.





In fact, sometimes I like to stuff the chicken with mozzerella and pepperoni, then cook and then smother with some spaghetti sauce served over pasta.





I love stuffing chicken breasts cause you can stuff with practically anything, its easy and its seems somewhat fancy even thought its really not!
I like to take 6 thighs and skin and wash them.Put in large deep skillet.Fry down with lid on.Add 1 can stewed tomatoes,1/2 cup chopped onions,1/2 bell pepper,3 cups zuchini squash(sliced).Once all is in pan sprinkle garlic powder,onion powder and salt on top.Make sure to add enough water to cover all.Serve over rice.
Place chicken pieces in an oven proof baking dish.I like using bone in and the skin on as it's more flavourful,but your choice.Boneless skinless is fine also.


Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper and a bit of salt.


Bake till almost done and golden brown.


Add a can of cream of mushroon soup (not diluted) to the chicken and finish baking till chicken is well done.


Delicious.


I serve this with a green veg (green beans,peas etc.) and rice or noodles using the sauce from the soup for the rice etc.

Wash and pat dry and place on a double sheet of tin foil.


In a small bowl mix a table spoon of salt, tablespoon of crushed rosemary, a table spoon of sage (or oregano). Rub the salt and the herbs together with your fingers. Now, rub this inside and out side of the chicken. Wrap in the foil leaving the crease on the top side (so you can easily unfold and peek into in about an hour. Put the foil package on a shallow oven pan and place into a hot oven for about an hour + until cooked.
well one of our favorite things to do when frying or baking chicken breasts is to just season it with taco seasoning. its really good!
