Any new and good recipes for chicken? I am out of new ideas and was wanting some fresh ones.?

I try to keep bottled margarita mix on hand for chicken. Use it as a marinade or saute with it. Very versatile. Makes chicken fajitas jump. Another idea would be chicken with sausage %26amp; veggies. Cook chicken in skillet. Make husband/wife/kids chunk chicken while cooking sausage. Make above slice sausage while you chunk bell pepper, red onion, whatever. Put it all back in a deep skillet with your favourite jarred pasta sauce (yes, I know that's cheating) simmer until vegs are cooked to your taste. Garlic bread is a good idea at this point.Any new and good recipes for chicken? I am out of new ideas and was wanting some fresh ones.?
Use adobo sauce from the Mexican aisle and marinate the chcken over night. This will give it some heat. You can either cook it and eat it with a little mexican rice and your favorite veggie or you can cut it up and make tacos out of it. Either way its really good. My family favorite is easy chicken kiev. Roll chicken breasts in breadcrumbs and parmesian cheese ( the kind you use for spagetti), put in baking dish and add butter, bake til done.
1. Bake the chicken in salsa.





2. Sear and brown the chicken on all sides. Then steam it with veggies.





3. Sear and brown the chicken, steam it and add alfredo sauce and pasta with sun-dried tomatoes. Yummy!

Grilled Raspberry Chicken


鈥?6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


鈥?1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed


鈥?1 cup raspberry vinaigrette


鈥?1/4 cup raspberry vodka (optional)


鈥?1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (optional)


鈥?Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)


鈥?Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)





Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels. Place chicken in a large zip-top bag. Add raspberries, vinaigrette, vodka (if using) and chopped mint. Squeeze air out and seal bag. Gently massage the bag to mash raspberries. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours.





Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Remove from grill and place on serving platter. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and fresh raspberries if so desired.
Pineapple Chicken Bites


INGREDIENTS


1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed


2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough


1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved


3 tablespoons honey


1 tablespoon ground ginger


DIRECTIONS


Place chicken in a large, deep skillet with 1 to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cook over medium high heat until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).


Separate crescent roll dough into individual triangles. Place triangles in a single layer on a large baking sheet.


In a small bowl, mix 3 teaspoons reserved pineapple juice, honey and ground ginger.


Brush each crescent roll dough triangle with the pineapple juice mixture. Place one pineapple chunk and approximately 1 tablespoon chicken meat on each triangle. Roll and seal each triangle individually.


Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
3-4 small to medium chicken breasts - season both sides with garlic powder, poultry seasoning and pepper.





Sear them in 1/2 stick of butter - you want both sides browned.





Remove chicken from the pan, and into drippings stir in 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 can water. Mix well, return chicken to sauce, cover and simmer for 15 -20 minutes.





Then stir in one small container of sour cream.





This is DELICIOUS served over rice or wide egg noodles. Serve with a green veggie on the side.

CHICKEN PESTO W/ PENNE PASTA





This is a wonderful dish!! It is also a very pretty presentation.





2-3 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken (cut into bitesize pieces)


1 of each: red, yellow %26amp; green pepper (cut into strips)


1 red onion (cut into about 1 in. pieces)


1 each: yellow squash %26amp; zuccinni (cut into circles or 1/2 circles)


1 pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms


1 lb. penne pasta


1 pkg. Knorr's pesto sauce


1 pkg. Knorr's garlic herb sauce


about 2-3 tablespoons of chopped garlic (in the jar)





saute chicken in garlic and a little butter and black pepper


meanwhile, boil pasta


once chicken is most of the way done, add veggies %26amp; saute together. cover to cook evenly, but stir occasionally.


meanwhile, cook both pasta sauces in same pot by directions.


once pasta is drained and chicken and veggies are done, add everything together.
How about some fresh chicken sushi rolls???...

a chicken breast for each person


Bag broccoli spears { thawed


1 small bar Velveeta cheese


2 boxes cheesy rice


make rice as directed pour into glass bake pan, cut open each breast so it's thin lay a few broccoli spears on top of chicken cut cheese into strips and lay a stripe on broccoli roll chicken around. place on rice , cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes





Chicken Bake





4 cups diced chicken {cooked


3 cans mixed veggies { drained


3 cans chicken gravy


2 boxes stove top style stuffing


Mix chicken, veggies and gravy pour into bake pan, Make stuffing as directed then spoon over chicken mixture, Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
Try Drunken Chicken. You can spice and baste it however you prefer. Stick an open can of beer up its butt(also acts as a base to stand the bird up), and slow cook it on the grill. I normally use an injector with cajun spices and lots of garlic for seasoning, brand of beer doesnt matter, just make sure it is open :)
Depending where you are from I like to make Old Bay Chicken. I use boneless chicken thighs and marinate them with Olive Oil and Old Bay Seasoning. I put it in the oven at 400 degrees until the chicken is done.

take a chicken breast-flatted it so it is a bit ';longer'; in size and about 2 inches think-place a piece of swiss cheese on it and a piece of honey ham (from the deli) and roll it closed. secure it with a tooth pick, bread it (egg and bread crumbs) and place in a pan with about 3 tablespoons or so of oil. just brown it and then place in the over at 350 and cook about 30 - 45 min. or until no longer pink. it is really good and really easy to make!

i am a professional chef home sick for the day - here is the secret to great chicken


1. marinate the chicken in salt pepper fresh chopped rosemary for about an hour


2. heat a pan with oil in it until the oil just begins to smoke


3. sear both sides of the chicken for about 90 seconds or until the flesh has turned a golden brown.


4. put the chicken on a cookie sheet and into a preheated oven (350) for 12 minutes (for added flavor put 2 ounces of butter on top of the chicken breast)


5. let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after pulling form the oven.
