I have 2 pounds of chicken. Any good chicken soup recipes? Chicken noodle?

I have 3 raw boneless skinless breasts that have been rubbed with butter and oregano.I have 2 pounds of chicken. Any good chicken soup recipes? Chicken noodle?
White Chicken Chili


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


1 onion, chopped


3 cloves garlic, crushed


1 (4 ounce) can diced


jalapeno peppers


1 (4 ounce) can chopped green


chile peppers


2 teaspoons ground cumin


1 teaspoon dried oregano


1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper


2 (10.5 ounce) cans chicken broth


3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast


3 (15 ounce) cans white beans


1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese


1 Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium鈭抣ow heat.


Slowly cook and stir the onion until tender. Mix in the


garlic, jalapeno, green chile peppers, cumin, oregano and


cayenne. Continue to cook and stir the mixture until tender,


about 3 minutes. Mix in the chicken broth, chicken and white


beans. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.


2 Remove the mixture from heat. Slowly stir in the cheese

Wash the butter and oregano off the chicken.





Have a stock pot ready, add your chicken diced into chunks, add one medium diced onion, about one teaspoon salt and pepper. If you have chicken broth add that or chicken base add one tablespoon and one quart water.





I add one diced carrot to mine along with one celery rib diced.(This is optional)


Cook over medium high heat till chicken is done





You can add egg noodles or broken spaghetti noodles to your boiling stock till tender.


Taste your broth, add more salt or pepper if needed





For best results for chicken soup or dumplings /chicken and rice use the dark meat, it has much more flavor.
cut chicken into cubes, add onion,celery, carrots, add a couple bullion cubes thats good and better throw in some egg noodles. Boil on top of stove until everthing is good and done it will be ready in about 45 mintues total time


Note: add noodles last
