I keep it pretty simple. I rinse my pieces (after skinning if they come with the skin on), and then lay them on a foil-lined backing sheet. I sprinkle them liberally with lemon-pepper, a dash of salt and garlic powder (more or less depending on your personal preference), and bake them at 325 till they're done (30-40 minutes for boneless cuts). What are some good recipes for baked chicken?
itilian dressing chicken nah never mind but good luck
parmesan chicken (the one with hearty tomato sauce and grated parmesan)
italian chicken (you could buy a mix packet in grocery stores)
lemon-herb chicken
herb chicken
and my favorite:
Soy-glazed chicken (tastes like peking duck...yum)
I love this one...Citrus cilantro chicken with corn relish
marinate 2 chiken breasts in some lime juice (about 2), lime zest, garlic cloves diced (about 2), chopped cilantro (1/2 cup), 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp celery salt. Let marinade one hour in ziplock bag turning often. Bake for 40 min on 350. I serve this on top of some corn relish and garnish with cilantro.
For my corn relish i use 2 ears of white corn on cob kernals cut off cob, 1 red bell pepper and some green onion with a little white wine vingar. satue until all veggies are cooked. (about 10 min)
SO GOOD
put the chicken in a oven pan open 2 cans of mushroom soup and put it in a bowl then mix 1 cup milk or cream stir it up and pour it all over the chicken it is awesome cook it on about 350 for no more than 1 hr
